Our company works on a contingency basis and will not receive a dime until we deliver. In addition, our fee is based solely on a percentage of what is actually collected. Not the amount of the judgment.

What will it cost?

Fees are decided before the collection phase, so you know exactly what to expect.We charge anywhere from 30% - 60% of the amount received. The standard fee in most cases is 50%.The longer the judgment sits uncollected, the harder it is to collect. Thus the fee is higher.

*Prices are negotiable. We are willing to work with clients if it means we will obtain their business.
